Multiple submission of an article
Articles are submitted only to the Journal. If an article has been submitted to another journal or is in the process of being submitted, it cannot be submitted and published by the Journal. It is the responsibility of the author of the submission to inform the editorial office if similar work has already been published or is being submitted. The Journal will cancel the publication process of any article, even at an advanced stage, if it has proof that the article has been submitted to another journal.
